    <Job Summary>
    This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for a cinema chain and film distribution, including brand management, advertising campaigns, promotions, and customer loyalty programs tailored to the Vietnamese market. The position also involves leading the marketing team, managing budgets, analyzing customer and campaign performance, and collaborating closely with internal departments and external partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

    - Create comprehensive marketing plans for the cinema chain and film distribution campaigns, including promotions for new releases, special events, and loyalty programs.
    - Conduct market research and analyze trends to propose strategies aligned with Vietnamese audience preferences.
    - Brand Management: Ensure consistent, professional, and engaging brand representation for the cinema chain and distributed films.
    - Develop creative communication campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer loyalty. Manage Advertising and Communication Campaigns.
    - Plan and execute advertising campaigns across multiple channels (offline and online), including social media, press, TVCs, KOLs/Influencers, and digital marketing platforms.
    - Collaborate with film distribution partners to ensure high-impact promotional campaigns.
    - Enhance Customer Experience: Design loyalty programs, promotions, and incentives to increase customer visits to cinemas.
    - Analyze customer behavior to personalize marketing campaigns.
    - Budget Management and Reporting: Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
    - Measure and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    - Lead and Develop the Team: Manage and train the marketing team, fostering creativity and teamwork.
    - Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, distribution) to align with company goals.
    - Other tasks assigned by a manager.

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
    - English: Intermediate Level
    - At least 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. (Preference in cinema, film distribution, or entertainment industries)
    - Deep understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer trends in the entertainment sector.
    - Strong analytical skills, proficient in tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and digital advertising platforms.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders (distributors, KOLs, agencies).
