<Job summary>You will be working as a construction management engineer for solar power generation facilities.<Job Detail>- Solar power generation facility construction management (quality, schedule, safety, and cost management)- Coordination with on-site staff and partner companies, progress management, and drawing confirmation- Maintenance management (work instructions for maintenance periods)- Meetings and reporting with Japanese engineers and headquarters- Attending on-site surveys, trial runs, and inspections as needed- Other tasks assigned by the Manager<Attract Point>- You will work for the Vietnamese subsidiary of one of Japan's leading electric power companies and learn Japanese-quality technology.- This is a potential hire, so you will be able to acquire knowledge and skills.- Those who want to work for this company long-term (approximately 5 years or more) will have the opportunity to build their career here while improving their skills.
