    【Job Details】
    - Lead mechanical design for custom automation equipment projects (one-off specifications).
    - Conduct requirement definition, including on-site assessments at client factories.
    - Prepare conceptual proposals and deliver technical presentations to clients.
    - Oversee detailed mechanical design work and manage the progress of subordinate engineers.
    - Supervise on-site installation and ensure smooth project implementation.
    - Manage overall project schedule, quality, and delivery.
    - Serve as a technical liaison between clients and the engineering team.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    - More than 3 years of experience in mechanical design of ORDER MADE MACHINE for FA automation equipment (within similar industries).
    - More than 2 years of Project management experience.
    - Japanese:N2 Advanced level.

    <Prefer>
    - Team management experience (5 or more members).
    - Previous work or residence experience in Japan.
