    We are seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to lead the implementation and daily operation of Oracle ERP in the finance function, focusing on manufacturing cost control, planning, and financial reporting. This role requires strong Oracle experience and solid finance knowledge in a factory environment.

    - Lead and support Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing) implementation for finance.
    - Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with manufacturing operations.
    - Monitor and analyze financial results; prepare management reports.
    - Perform cost analysis, pricing validation, and margin analysis.
    - Serve as a finance business partner to leadership for strategic decision-making.
    - Ensure compliance with VAS and support the transition to IFRS if needed.
    - Facilitate internal and external audits with proper documentation and process control.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
    - 3 years of experience in accounting,
    - Proven proficiency in Oracle ERP/ SAP
    - Fluent in Korean (TOPIK 5)
    - Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
    - Familiarity with local tax laws and compliance standards.
    - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
