  【Job Summary】
  We’re seeking a talented Analyst to join our Asia Research Team in a fully remote role supporting Southeast Asia operations. This critical position fills a vacancy following a Vietnamese team member’s departure and focuses on researching and analyzing key market themes—covering topics like retail, electronics, and power industry trends—primarily for the Vietnam region, as well as broader Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of analyst experience or 5+ years of professional experience, with strong English communication and analytical writing skills. They’re intellectually curious, adaptable, and ready to deliver insightful, high-quality analysis.
  
  【Job Details】
  - Support research requests by developing thematic reports based on briefing topics
  - Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights
  - Produce custom market analysis on sectors such as retail, consumer electronics, and energy
  - Present findings in professionally written reports and decks (English level: Upper-Intermediate to Business)
  - Participate in a selection process including a case assignment (first-round written test, second-round interview)
  - Conduct in-depth market and industry research across Southeast Asia, primarily Vietnam
  - Analyze trends across retail, electronics, power/energy, and related sectors
  - Gather information from secondary and primary sources (e.g., databases, government statistics, news, interviews)
  - Synthesize complex data into digestible reports and presentations
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local and Japanese marketing, sales, support)
  - Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with stakeholder needs
  - Maintain continuous learning of regional market developments and emerging themes
  - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.
