【Job Summary】- Managing the sales and marketing department - Communications for the new real estate apartment project【Job Descriptions】(details)1. Perform tasks related to the Sales department1.1 Regarding real estate sales management and implementation:- Research, plan and evaluate the market and competitors to make recommendations to the company's Board of Directors on sales strategies suitable for the actual market situation.- Evaluate and adjust plans to suit the actual situation, market and set goals.- Participate in building and planning strategies, plans, and training for sales.- Develop budgets and work plans for departments related to product selling prices, sales policies, and project sales promotion programs.- Manage and organize activities related to product management and sales.- Manage and organize business activities related to linking distribution units.- Operate sales showrooms.1.2. Regarding pre- and post-sales customer care and search- Search and exploit customers to serve the business activities of the Project.- Collect feedback from customers and propose possible changes and improvements.- Strengthen and develop cooperative relationships with potential and close customers.- Manage data, monitor, care for and update customer information via email,phone or face-to-face meetings. Care for and resolve customer feedback.3. Perform tasks related to the Sales Marketing - Communications department:- Research, plan and implement the development and planning of strategies, plans, relatedto Marketing - Communications for the brand and project.- Implement plans and organize PR and Marketing programs and activitiesunder the direction of the Leaders.- Build, manage and plan the Marketing - Communication budget in accordance with the project's sales strategy.- Evaluate and adjust the Marketing - Communication activity plan to suit the actual situation, market and set goals.- Build and implement sales tools such as (3D images,brochures, leaflets, project models, virtual models....)- Build online & offline communication plans suitable for each sales stageof the project.- Work with contractors to ensure the effective implementation of the sales support communication plan.3. Periodically report daily work to leaders, Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for project activities.4.
