- 投資業務：デューデリジェンス、開発スキームの検討、キャッシュフローの計算、契約条件の交渉
- 契約業務：パートナー企業との交渉、プロジェクト契約書の作成
- 法的手続き：プロジェクトに関する各種法的手続きの実施
・不動産プロジェクトの事業管理
- プロジェクトの管理
- 関連会社の管理
・その他関連する業務

【必須条件】
・4大卒以上
・英語社内コミュニケーションレベル（会議が英語で行われます。）

【優遇条件】
・海外、特にベトナムにおける勤務経験Tiếng Anh
