  - Interpret meetings, seminars, and documents from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
  - Provide information and consult customers about products/services in Japanese.
  - Collaborate with other departments to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
  - Record and follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
