    - Govern and manage product development program in local;
    - Establish sales goals with measures and develop sales forecast in Vietnam;
    - Develop and manage sales plans;
    - Analyze and evaluate markets, customers, capabilities and competitors;
    - Develop and manage marketing plans;
    - Manage customer interactions, establish customer terms and conditions, sales contract;
    - Perform other related duties when required.

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    ＜MUST＞
    - University graduation;
    - Good command of English: Strong Intermediate level.
    - Good communication skill to cooperate with customers and other related parties, sales skills;
    - Having sales experience at least 1 year in construction field or having background in construction field, architect field.
    - Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).

    {PREFER}
    - Having sales experience for construction field.
    - Having Japanese/ Chinese skill.
