  【Job description】
  - Managing all daily activities of OP Department.
  - Logistics preparation including customs clearance, certificate and trucking arrangement…
  - Perform import and export account declaration on ECUS5- VNACCS software.
  - Prepare docs for applying CO, chemical declaration, quality inspection register…
  - Carry out necessary producers for customs clearance and release of goods
  - Coordinate with warehouse team for operation smoothly
  - Assign works to staff in accordance with the capacity, ability and instructions of the
  superior, recommend new hires if necessary.
  - Handle daily tasks and managing the daily/ monthly report to Manager.
  - Other task assigned by Manager.
