Supplier guidance and management- Manage the progress of processes, samples, and specifications.- Confirm and control the accuracy of raw materials and PO transactions.3. Supplier selection and evaluation- Evaluate and select suppliers.- Introduce new suppliers through site visits and assess their processing capabilities.- Conduct supplier audits and create evaluation reports.4. Quality improvement activities- Implement measures to prevent defects.- Analyze and review defect trends and propose countermeasures.- Confirm the effectiveness of implemented measures.5. QMS (Quality Management System) improvement and operational management- Operate and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).- Conduct internal audits and quality control activities.6. Preparation of business-related documents- Create documents related to work improvement.- Summarize and report issues to the company.7. One of the clients, which is a manufacturing firm of machine, is now looking for Mechanical Design Engineer.【What you will be working on】- Lead mechanical design for custom automation equipment projects (one-off specifications).- Conduct requirement definition, including on-site assessments at client factories.- Prepare conceptual proposals and deliver technical presentations to clients.- Oversee detailed mechanical design work and manage the progress of subordinate engineers.- Supervise on-site installation and ensure smooth project implementation.- Serve as a technical liaison between clients and the engineering team.- The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.[Attractive points]- You can go to Japan for training if you are willing to learn proactively.- This is start up member, so you can use all of your skills.- You will have a great career path depending on your achievement.
