    One of our clients, which is IT company, is now looking for Project Leader.

    【What you will be working on】

    ① Management Task
    - Provide supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
    - Focus on mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership
    - Manage the project estimations
    - Negotiate with customers
    - Manage the project to ensure that it is completed within stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the necessary requirements and quality
    - Other assignments from Manager

    ② Technical Task
    - Leads teams in the planning, designing and development of software applications or specialized utility programs /network and/ or hardware environment that will enhance the organization's/clients’ ability to achieve strategic goals and targets.
    - Develop business continuity plan and framework
    - Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members

  • Yêu cầu

    【MUST】
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information technology or equivalent major
    - At least 2 years of Developing Experience (Any Language is OK)
    - At least 2 years of working experience in managing a team (Up to 5 members)
    - Experience in estimation, implementation the complex projects
    - Good communication in Japanese (JLPT N3+)
    - Can work/negotiate directly with Japanese’s clients
