  ■Job Summary
  One of our Japanese clients, which has Factory of Casting, is now looking for QC staff.
  The senior staff will train you first so that you will be able to judge the quality control by yourself.
  You will be reporting to Vietnamese who have been working here since 2017, 34 years old.
  
  (About Casting manufacture and Factories)
  1.
  Instead of metal processing (cutting, bending, emptying),
  We put the melted raw material into a mold, and do cast.
  Hence the manufacturing method is similar to aluminum or plastic processing.
  2.
  The factory has 100 workers, and casting is done every day except Sundays and holidays.
  3.
  The workplace is located in an industrial park (My Dong Industrial Park),
  which is about a 30-minute drive from Haiphong city, and each supplier is basically within walking distance.

  ■Job details
  - Quality control:In the initial stage, guidance will be provided by senior Vietnamese staff. In the future, the candidate should be able to judge the quality by himself
  - Production control:Handling of cases where delivery dates are not met. Negotiations with the field, preparation of production plans
  - Progress management of samples, molds:Communicate with the Japanese side and give instructions to the work site.In case it is better to talk directly with the manufacturer about prices, the Japanese side will follow up
  - The main job that staff needs to work onsite at the factory to ensure product quality , shipment progress, and contact with JP to confirm shipment, tracking shipment, managing accessories for shipment
  - QC + production manager + shipment, not so pressure for KPI
