  【Job Summary】
  They are Japanese trading company and now looking for a General Accountant.
  
  【Job description】
  - Perform daily accounting activities (invoices, expenses, payments, and other related work).
  - Monitor and record income and expenses including allocation of tools and equipment, depreciation of fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accrual expenses, etc.
  - Create monthly and quarterly accounting reports and financial statements according to regulations and submit them to Tax Department according to regulations and requirements.
  - Prepare and check the content of contracts and related documents.
  - Issue VAT invoices and track payments.
  - Control and track account payables/receivables.
  - Monthly internal financial reports to Chief Accountant, General Director. Prepare VAT reports, tax reports, financial statements, statistical reports, tax finalization in accordance with regulations.
  - Coordinate with warehouse staff and collect information to make periodic inventory reports, at the end of the month as well as inventory difference of warehouses of goods, supplies and assets.
  - Check the accounts of transactions arising in the period.
  - Check detailed and general accounting data; Check the ending balance of all accounts to ensure reasonable and accuracy with arising transactions.
  - Work with auditors, tax authorities when required and assigned by Chief Accountant
  - Responsible for accounting data that is always clear, reliable and accurate. Instruct and together with
  accountants to keep accounting books in accordance with the company's regulations.
  - Commit to keep confidentiality of all accounting data of the company.
