  One of our Japanese clients, which provides Real estate services and manages land project development, is now looking for a Project Manager and Assistant Manager for Residential Projects.
  To work mainly on a JV low-rise detached house project in Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong City for our company.
  
  -Work Location: Hai Phong Project site.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  (For Project Manager)
  -Go to the construction site daily from Monday to Friday to manage the construction schedule, construction quality, and cost control and prepare project construction reports ( weekly & monthly ) on the current situation internally by creating appropriate documents.
  -Cooperate with Vietnamese contractors and Japanese partners to check the site and organize their comments and feedback.
  -Check drawings and give feedback to enhance the usage and quality.
  -Giving proposals to partners, to enhance the construction quality, reporting defects on site, and sharing feedback for drawing checks.
  -Communicate well with the partner’s engineering team in Vietnamese and understand their intention,
  and create a good relationship
  -Interpret conversations between Vietnamese and English during meetings.
  
  (For Assistant Manager)
  -Prepare a draft of the project construction report (weekly & monthly) on the current situation internally by creating appropriate documents.
  -Attend and record, and make meeting minutes in both Vietnamese and English.
  -Making drafts of business letters, and submitting and receiving project documents and letters.
