  【Job Summary】
  - Responsible for determining AR and management reports
  
  【Main responsibilities】
  - Follow up sales transactions, checking billing documents (Invoice, B/L, PL, Sale Order, Custom declaration…)
  - Import sales entries from WMS to the Accounting system
  - Make sure sale transactions are timely and correctly recorded into the accounting system
  - Follow up on collecting debt
  - Weekly prepare AR aging report and highlighting the overdue amount
  - Issue VAT invoice
  - Yearly prepare Audit Balance confirmation letter (AR)
  - Check spent ground sales and input sales entries into the accounting system
  - Monitor the amount of AR for each customer, not to the excess credit limit
  - Process the applications for setting a credit limit
  - Other tasks assigned by the accounting manager
