  - Together with 3 members, the team is responsible for production planning, control, and delivery management

  1. Management of delivery date
  - Plan schedules for product development, mass production, shipping
  - Confirmation of production capacity prior to mass production
  - Confirmation of production progress and on-site confirmation
  - Management of shipping status
  - Report to Japanese division manager
  
  2. Production planning and control
  - Making daily manufacturing plan
  - Manage quality
  - Improve manufacturing ability
  - Manage stock
  - Create a production plan (Use Excel)
  - Manage section's data in software system
  - Worker management
  - Expense controlling
  - When making a new product, prepare and think about how to do it
