- Responsible for (SCM) Production Planning Supervisor
【Job description】(details)
- Stock management of raw materials, intermediary products, final products, and other necessary items for production is necessary.
- Observe the customer's demands/requests, and orchestrate an efficient production plan by communicating with the Production team, SCM, and related team members.
- Always consider the more cost-efficient way of production, timetable, teamwork, etc.
- Deep understanding of IGV's production and customers' requirements respectively necessary.
- When a problem happens, a flexible and reasonable approach should be taken.
- When a problem happens, direct the team to a better solution and proactively work with related members.
- Understand the IGV's company strategy properly and work with customers in line with the strategy.

<Must>
- Graduated from University with any major (logistics or supply chain are referred)
- 3 years experience working in the production planning department, and 1 year as a supervisor
- Working experience in the food industry (coffee industry not mandatory but preferred)
- Good communication in English (intermediate level)

<Prefer>
- Live in Ba Ria Vung tau or near the company
- Experience in the Food/Cafe industry
