    One of our clients, which helps client's application development, is now looking for a Project Manager.

    【What they are looking for】
    -You will participate in a project to build the next generation IT product
    -In this new project, you will also be entrusted with project management in the Vietnam office, depending on your ability.
    -The project will be based on the specifications planned by the Japanese team.
    -Communication with the Japanese team will be conducted mainly in Japanese. Japanese language ability is not required, but experience in contracted development for Japanese companies or service development related to social welfare services is preferred. This project will be carried out in cooperation with a Japanese-speaking Vietnamese BrSE."

    【What they are looking for】

    (Must)
    -At least 3 or more years of software development experience including team leading.
    -English: Conversation level~Intermediate (Need experience in developing software in an English environment)

    (Must IT Skills)
    -Proficiency in JavaScript or C#, .Net, and familiarity with databases.
    -Experience in development with frameworks (Next.js, React, ASP.NET Core)
    -Experience in implementing authentication and authorization processes (Auth0, Amazon Cognito, Identity Platform)
    -Experience in test design using unit testing and e2e testing.
    -Knowledge and experience with cloud servers such as AWS and GCP

    (Advantage)
    -Basic Writing Reading and Speaking Japanese is an advantage
    -Experience with large-scale software products or project management experience is preferred.
