    Responsible for On-site management as a Site Manager or Engineer

    【Job description(details)】
    - On-site management (quality, process, safety)
    - Maintenance of factories and other buildings
    - Drawing with AUTO-CAD.
    - Obtaining quotations from subcontractors and prepare quotations.
    - Communicating with Japanese manager and customer
    - Other task will be assigned by manager

  • Yêu cầu

    ＜MUST＞
    - Bachelor degree in architect or relating
    - Having experience in working at Japanese general construction company
    - Japanese: N2 basic or English: Conversational level
    - More than 6 years of experience in construction industry
    - Able to go business trip

    ＜Prefer＞
    - Can work as a mentenance engineer and be in charge of small site
    - Skill: AUTO-CAD、REVIT、EXCEL、WORD、POWER POINT
