    - Ability to communicate and quickly respond to plant downtime, application and system failure
    - Provide technical support for computer hardware, operating system and applications
    - Monitor network states and performance
    - DT&IT Server Room Management and Maintenance
    - DT&IT Vendor Management
    - Perform other related duties as assigned based on business need

  • Yêu cầu

    - Bachelor degree in a computer science or related majors

    - 3+ years’ experience in IT support or infrastructure
    management role

    - Required Competencies
    - Ability to troubleshoot and solve common issues on
    Computers, Printers, PDA and other hardware equipment.

    - Familiar with Office 365, Teams, OneDrive installation, configuration, upgrading and maintenance., Office365, Teams, OneDrive

    - Have experience on IT field service or helpdesk support

    -. Have experience on IT infrastructure eg. WAN, LAN, AD, DHCP,
    VPN, router, switch.
    - Good communicate skill with different levels of people.

    - Have professional dedication & ethics and good team work
    spirits.

    - Build and maintain positive cooperative working relationships

    - Willingness to be hands-on

    - Stress tolerance and able to multi-task
