    - Management of construction activities (safety, quality, schedule) and preparation of cost estimates and design.

    - Assist the Site Manager and Site Supervisor.

    - Design and prepare shop drawings; develop construction drawings for mechanical works.

    - Read drawings and break down quantities for each construction item in detail.

    - Prepare material forecasts and schedules for the supply of materials and equipment for the project.

    - Prepare cost estimates and budgets for small- and medium-scale project management.

    - Responsible for handling technical issues and ensuring construction quality.

    - Manage construction progress and completion deadlines.

    - Prepare stage acceptance documents, payment settlement documents, and as-built drawings.

    - Knowledgeable about construction standards, fire protection standards, HVAC system, other system such as Boiler, Chiller, and mechanical equipment standards.

  • Yêu cầu


    {MUST}
    - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ HVAC or related majors.

    - English: Intermediate level or higher

    - Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical construction works such as HVAC Engineer or equivalent.
    - Can design and make quotation for M&E projects such as Fire Protaction system, HVAC system, other system such as Boiler, chiller.

    - Strong computer skills, especially proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.

    - Good planning and organizational skills

    [PREFERRED]

    - Experience working for Japanese construction companies

    - Possession of a construction supervision certificate is an advantage
