  ★Responsibility
  - Responsible for technical handling and quality of works.
  ★Job detail
  - Project management (safety, quality, progress) and design estimation
  - Support Site manager
  - Draw Shop drawings, deploy construction drawings of mechanical works
  - Read drawings, dissect detailed construction volume for each item.
  - Make a report on the estimate of materials, the progress of supplying materials and equipment in the project.- Budgeting for management of small and medium-sized projects
  - Progress / completion date management
  - Prepare documents for stage acceptance, payment and as-built documents.
  - Knowledge of construction standards, fire protection standards and mechanical equipment standards
