    ★Responsibility
    -Expanding new shop location and getting the contract from building owner.

    ★Job detail
    - Looking for the location to open the new stores(They have a list of locations and list up by yourself as well)
    - Negotiation with owner about rental fee and condition
    - Get a contract from them
    - In charge of the process of opening a new store
    - Report to VN manager

  • Yêu cầu

    <Must>
    -More than 2years experience as store development(Can understand the process of store development)
    (Most priority: Convenience store, Pharmacy, Restaurant)
    (Acceptable: Clothes store, Sports shop, etc...)
    (Not accept : Super market, Car dealer, etc... Because size and opening strategy is different)

    <Prefer>
    - English (Intermediate level)
    - Having experience in HCM city and contact of Building owner.
