  - Analyze Users stories and use cases requirements for validity and feasibility.
  - Estimate and define test plan and strategy for QC team.
  - Lead a QC team and control testing progress and quality.
  - Create, maintain and cross review test case/test scenarios/automation tests scripts of the team member to define corrective actions or improvement.
  - Cooperate with other team members execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Regression, and automation test) to prove that the software meets major architectural requirements.
  - Investigate defect reports, isolate their causes to the development teams for fixing then retest to ensure adequate resolutions and solve issues of progress and quality.
  - Collect, analyze and report the test progresses, test results of the QC team to issue the quality report to the Project Manager.
  - Train, mentor and supervise junior software engineers.
  
  - Phân tích các yêu cầu về user story và use case, đảm bảo tính chính xác và khả năng thực hiện tính năng
  - Ước tính và xác định chiến lược và test plan cho QC Team.
  - Tạo, duy trì và kiểm tra chéo các test case / test scenarios/automation tests scripts của thành viên trong nhóm để xác định các hành động khắc phục (Corrective Action) hoặc cải tiến.
  - Cùng với các thành viên khác trong nhóm thực hiện tất cả các cấp độ test (System, Integration, Regression, và Automation test) để chứng minh rằng phần mềm đáp ứng các yêu cầu.
  - Phân tích các báo cáo lỗi, phân tách nguyên nhân để các nhóm phát triển sửa chữa sau đó kiểm tra lại để đảm bảo các giải pháp phù hợp và giải quyết các vấn đề về tiến độ và chất lượng.
  - Thu thập, phân tích và báo cáo tiến độ test, kết quả test của team để đưa ra báo cáo cho PM.
  - Đào tạo, cố vấn và giám sát junior software engineers.
