    *CGL = Continuous galvanizing line。
    <Job Responsibilities>
    - Manage tasks in Continuous Galvanizing line
    - Manage CGL team member
    - Cooperate with other depts to solve arising problem.
    - Do KPIs, 5S
    - Make sure team member follow with the process, ensure the quality of products.
    - If found bad situations, think the reason and have to Kaizen.
    - Hear accurate information about production from workers, and report to Vietnamese manager
    - If necessary, this positioon have to work on night shift or morning shift (basically, will work on 8:00-17:00)

Trình độ

  • Yêu cầu

    【MUST】
    - Bachelor degree in mechanical , steel production or related majors
    - Knowledge:
    - Must have experience mananing team up to 10 person on site in Steel industry
    - MS Office skill (to make report)

    <WANT>
    - Experience: in Hot Dip Galvanized Steel (electrolytic galvanized in NG)
