  - There is 1 supervisor, and they want him to be Manager. But his management skill is not enough for manager.
  - Tasks in this department is increasing now. So they need 1 more supervisor for this department.
  - If CDD has manager experience, they can consider for manager level.
  
  【Job Summary】
  - Manage for their staffs.
  - Respond to complaints from customers, and they want you to discuss with engineers in site to improve their quality.
  - Report to their customers and Japanese manager
  - Customer's contact person is Vietnamese, but have to use English for email and add CC Japanese manager.
  - Products: die-casting products for automobiles, motorcycles and household appliances.
  - Want you to be a supervisor and lead the team
  - Control your production's quality with teammate
  - Make a report on quality assurance the boss in English
