Làm việc với Phòng sản xuất để giám sát chất lượng, quá trình sản xuất, ổn định vận hành máy theo quy trình sản xuất.. Điều chỉnh, khắc phục các vấn đề như thiếu nguyên liệu, thiếu công nhân sản xuất, các hỏng hóc về thiết bị cơ khí trong quá trình sản xuất. . Quản lý hồ sơ liên quan đến khách hàng chẳng hạn như hóa đơn mua hàng, hàng hóa, hợp đồng bán hàng,.... Kiểm soát hoạt động giao hàng để đáp ứng tiến độ giao hàng.
