【Job Summary】Join a leading manufacturer in the automotive seal and gasket industry as a Product Evaluation Staff at headquartered in Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park near Ho Chi Minh City. With over two decades of experience producing high‑precision bearing seals and gaskets, the company serves global markets including Japan, the U.S., Europe, and Canada As part of the newly established Product Evaluation / Testing Department (launched in 2019 at their Plant 4), you will be responsible for assessing product quality and performance under various operational conditions. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to help continuously refine product reliability, durability, and alignment with automotive safety standards.【Job description】- Develop and execute evaluation protocols for new and existing product lines (e.g. bearing seals, encoder seals, gaskets) across mechanical, thermal, and environmental conditions.- Analyze test data—physical measurements, hardness, temperature stability, durability—and compile actionable reports.- Identify root‑cause issues and recommend design or process improvements in coordination with engineering and production teams.- Manage and maintain testing equipment and calibration logs to ensure consistent quality.- Assist in the roll‑out of new product specifications by validating performance against customer and industry requirements (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO‑TS quality standards) - Liaise with global stakeholders including technical teams in Japan and Europe to share evaluation results and drive product enhancements.-Other related tasks.【Company/Job Attraction】-They have 4 factories in Vietnam, a very stable company.-There is a Suttle bus from HCM.-Training in Japan is available for those who want to go (depending on the performance)-A well-structured performance evaluation system and salary increase system.
