    - Over 2 years of management experience in development work
    ※ Management is: schedule management for the delivery date / personnel management / quality control / business report
    - Be motivated to engage in business with a willingness to grow as an analytical engineer.
    - Experience in business communication in Japanese.
    - Japanese Language Proficiency: Japanese Language Proficiency Test Needs equal to or greater than N3.
    And business communication in Japanese is possible

    Better
    - 5 years experience in analysis work of automobile and machine product design etc(2~3years are OK)
    - English proficiency: equal to or higher than TOEIC 600
    - Required specifications required for business execution are in English, so levels that can understand specifications are required
    - have VBA macro knowledge and can develop efficient software for each software
