事業拡大のために日本人求職者の方を専任でサポートいただくキャリアコンサルタント募集しております。
ご担当いただくミッションは、海外転職を考える日本人に対して、キャリア支援・コンサルティング・課題解決におけるソリューション提案など総合的な転職サポートを行って頂きます。
具体的な業務内容;
- 転職希望者の転職実現に向けたキャリア面談(経験・適性・価値観などのヒヤリング)
- 転職希望者に合わせた求人の提案
リクルーティングアドバイザー(RA/企業担当)と連携しながら、求職者のみならず
企業にも近いポジションでそれぞれの価値観や持ち味を見つけ出し、価値ある結びつきを実現。
- 応募企業様へのご推薦から選考プロセスのサポート(書類作成支援、選考管理、入社フォローなど)
- 候補者の登録促進に向けたマーケティング戦略の立案
- その他、転職支援に関わる事務作業全般
