【Job Summary】
A well-established Japanese organization specialized in high-performance electronics components and service
networks is seeking a multi-talented Admin & Logistics Executive for its regional branch office in Ho Chi Minh City.
This versatile role serves as a primary operational bridge between local partners, external logistics suppliers, and
the Japanese management team. The position offers a highly balanced scope of work covering corporate
administration, essential financial processing, and supply chain document tracking.
We look for an adaptable, detail-oriented professional who possesses excellent organizational skills and values
structured workplace accountability. Candidates should bring a combination of strong numeric awareness, sharp
linguistic competency, and a proactive work ethic. This position provides an exceptional foundation to acquire broad
business exposure, working directly under top executive leadership within an elite, centrally located corporate
environment.
【Responsibilities】
- Compile necessary financial, invoice, and receipt data accurately to submit to the third-party accounting
agency.
- Manage routine cash inflows, outflows, and process company operational payments seamlessly.
- Oversee general office administration, clerical tasks, and maintain day-to-day workplace functionality.
- Provide high-quality Japanese-Vietnamese consecutive interpretation for management during business
operations.
- Translate internal business communications, official announcements, and regulatory documents accurately.
- Act as the key contact point for information exchange with suppliers, shipping liners, and transport
companies.
- Process, review, and track vital shipping records, delivery orders, and logistical documentation.
- Accompany Japanese executive management on regional business travels to provide language and on-site
support.
- Execute consistent reporting, immediate contacting, and proactive consulting (Ho-Ren-So) across all tasks.
- Other related tasks as requested by the management team.
