One of our clients, which is a Japanese garment manufacturing firm, is now looking for HR cum GA Assistant Manager/Manager.
【What you will be working on】
① Task of General HR
-Revision and Abolition of personnel regulations
-Creation of personnel contracts
-Recruitment employee
-Calculating of salary and bonus
-Processing social insurance
② Task of GA
-Amendment and Abolition of general affairs regulations
-Processing IRC/ERC
-Correspondence with authorities
(Audit response, Report preparation, etc.)
-Contract examination
-Surveys various vendor
-Support for Japanese expatriates
(Interpretation, Work permit application work, etc.)
-Processing several Insurance
(Fire insurance, Workers' compensation insurance, etc.)
③ Others
-Business management
-Education and Development of HR staff and GA staff
-Reporting Business to the Report line (Japanese general manager)
-Proposals Business improvement

応募条件
【MUST】
-Bachelor Degree
-At least more than 5 years of working experience as HR staff in Japanese Manufacturing Company
(Product: Any product is acceptable)
-At least more than 2 years of working experience as Manager
-English Level: Upper-Intermediate Level OR Japanese Level: N2 or Above
【Advantage】
-English Level: Intermediate Level
-Having working experience in an EPE company will be a great advantage!英語
