  • 仕事内容

    - Doing research on clients and candidates
    - Scouting candidates, screening CVs, Phone - interviewing, supporting Candidates from Face to Face - interview to start working
    - Making resumes, encoding information of candidates on the system, endorsing candidates to our clients via recruitment advisors, setting interviews for candidates with clients, following up candidates.
    - Make Daily Sale reports and Weekly reports.
    - Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.

  • 応募条件

    <MUST>
    - Good command of English
    - Have at least 3 year as Recruiter.
    - Have the strong knowledge to find from middle to high class candidates and good performance as Recruiter.
    - Work priority should be high, work under pressure
    - Soft skill: Good communication, listening and interpersonal, strong decision making
    - With the ability to motivate and build a rapport with people
    - Hands-on experience with various selection processes (interviewing, reference check, etc.)

    <PREFER>
    - Can speak Japanese or used to work for a Japanese company.
