<Job Summary>You will be in charge of the Paint Technician Staff cum car wash staff in the Japanese Automotive shop, Suzuki.<Detail>- Follow the standard procedures of Visuco & Royal Auto Japan.- Perform polishing and cleaning of vehicles before and after painting as required.- Ensure all polishing and cleaning work is completed on schedule, to the required quality, and in accordance with established procedures, technical standards, safety standards, and environmental regulations.- Accurately mix paint colors.- Coordinate quality control of repaired vehicles to ensure they meet technical standards and requirements.- Ensure the quality of the paint surface and adhere to the assigned painting deadlines.- Be willing to work overtime to complete tasks when requested by superiors.- Complete all requirements on repair orders.- Manage and maintain assigned equipment according to regulations.
