【Job Summary】- Responsibility as a Senior QC【Job description】1. Quality Control Management:- Oversee and manage all quality control activities during production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, policies, and best practices for the entire garment manufacturing process.- Monitor the entire production process from raw material sourcing to finished goods to ensure consistent quality.- Conduct thorough inspections and tests of garments at various stages (e.g., fabric inspection, in-line inspection, final inspection).2. Team Leadership:- Supervise, train, and mentor the QC team to ensure they are well-equipped to perform inspections and quality checks efficiently.- Provide ongoing feedback to team members, ensuring they follow quality standards and meet production goals.3. Problem Solving:- Identify potential quality issues and address them proactively by investigating the root cause and implementing corrective actions.- Handle customer complaints related to product quality, providing solutions and preventive measures for similar issues in the future.4. Documentation and Reporting:- Assist the QC Manager's interpreter with communication and translation tasks during meetings, factory visits, operations.- Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control reports.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for management and buyers, including quality performance metrics and any issues that need attention.- Document any deviations from the established quality standards and ensure that corrective actions are taken.5. Supplier & Vendor Coordination:- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components meet required standards.- Perform incoming inspection on fabrics, trims, and other materials to verify their conformity to quality requirements.6. Process Improvement:- Continuously review and suggest improvements to the production processes to enhance overall product quality.- Evaluate and recommend tools, machinery, or technology upgrades that can improve quality control efforts.7.
