  ＜Responsibilities＞
  -Develop new business opportunities targeting Chinese and Taiwanese corporate clients across Vietnam
  -Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts to secure ongoing projects
  -Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate qualified sales leads
  -Proactively approach potential business partners and expand the company's regional client network
  -Conduct client consultations to identify construction project requirements and propose tailored solutions
  -Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on client expectations
  -Prepare commercial proposals, sales presentations, and negotiation materials for prospective clients
  -Track sales pipelines, market trends, and competitor activities to refine business development strategies
  -Perform regular follow-ups with corporate accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  -Participate in commercial negotiations and contract discussions under manager guidance
  -Collaborate with the sales manager to achieve departmental revenue targets and expansion goals
  -Other related duties as assigned
