<Job summary>
As a Factory Sales Coordinator, you will serve as the primary bridge between the Japanese sales team and the local production factory. This is a non-sales, desk-based role focused on managing orders received from Japan, coordinating production schedules, and handling communication with Japanese stakeholders.
<Detail>
- Order & Production Management: Manage orders received from Japan; monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Costing & Quality Assurance: Handle cost estimation (quotations) and confirm product specifications and quality standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Communicate smoothly with Japanese counterparts via email and telephone.
- Visitor Hosting: Welcome and assist business visitors from Japan during their factory tours or meetings.
- Other related tasks and duties as requested by the Management.

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
- Bachelor's degree
- Japanese: N2 Intermediate
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a Japanese textile/apparel factory (specifically in tracking order progress, preparing quotations, and specification sheets).
- Experience participating in business meetings/discussions with Japanese stakeholders.
<Prefer>
- Strong attention to detail and sharp logical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in understanding, analyzing, and working with numbers and financial/operational data.
- Ability to work independently and effectively report progress to the team manager.
- Strong problem-solving and issue-management skills.
- Effective negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.English Level
