  【Job Summary】
  The company is a highly unique subsidiary of a well-established Japanese trading company, combining both trading and manufacturing functions to supply essential materials to major Japanese electronics and automotive manufacturers in Vietnam. The Ho Chi Minh City branch is currently seeking a proactive and professional Sales Assistant to join its team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day sales activities, managing customer documentation, and facilitating smooth logistics processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong self-motivation and the ability to operate autonomously without relying solely on the company’s brand name.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  -Assist sales staff in managing relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
  -Prepare and issue sales-related documentation such as quotations, orders, and invoices.
  -Coordinate and track delivery schedules of trading goods and materials.
  -Manage inventory records and coordinate with logistics partners.
  -Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers in English.
  -Handle routine administrative duties within the sales department.
  -Support the sales team in identifying potential new customer inquiries.
  -Resolve basic delivery issues and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  -Gather market information on electronic components and chemicals as required.
