【Job Summary】
We are seeking a versatile professional to handle a wide range of corporate back-office and accounting tasks. The role involves ensuring smooth administrative operations while supporting financial reporting and coordination with international stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bridge communication between local operations and regional headquarters in Japan and other APAC countries. We are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain stable administrative processes and is willing to grow into a more senior accounting role. Strong multilingual skills and a high level of accuracy in document management are essential for success in this position.
【Job Detail】
- Manage accounting data, monthly closing materials, and financial documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank transfers while managing cash flow.
- Coordinate with external accounting firms for tax filing and audits.Administer contracts, internal applications, and official company documents.
- Manage office facilities, equipment, and general administrative supplies.
- Act as a contact point for stakeholders in Japan and other APAC regional offices.
- Organize and share information related to accounting, payments, and contracts across regions.
- Prepare materials for meetings and track the progress of administrative projects.
- Support human resources and labor relations tasks as needed.
- Other related tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Bachelor
- English: Conversational ~ Intermediate level
- N2 Intermediate level
- Chief accountant certificate
- Have 5 years experience as accountant cum admin.
- Proficient in basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Flexible, proactive, open mind to bridge Vietnamese and other nationality.
【Advantage】
- Experience with tax audits, annual audits, or monthly/yearly closing processes.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, or cloud storage tools.
- Knowledge of payroll, social insurance, or labor contract management.
- Worked at Start up phase company.English Level
