  <Job Summary>
  Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant accounting practices; providing information to support the preparation of financial statements, tax reports, and decision-making.

  - Monitor, manage, and provide documentation to accounting firms for the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  - Monitor the financial status of the company’s construction projects, including verification of incurred costs and outstanding payables
  - Monitor AR/AP balances
  - Prepare payment requests
  - Control credit risks
  - Perform periodic inventory and fixed assets
  - Monitor cash inflow/outflow
  - Prepare cash flow plans
  - Support budgeting
  - Other tasks assigned by a manager.
