    - Be responsible as an Marketing and Biding Manager

    <Job Description> (details)
    - Research, plan, and execute marketing activities to identify, develop, and expand the company's core service market for major strategic projects.
    - Gather, synthesize, analyze, evaluate, and provide advisory insights on market information. Develop and implement the company's marketing and advertising plans.
    - Act as a key advisor to the Department Manager/Board of Management in developing production strategies, expansion strategies, and market penetration strategies, in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Implement approved plans/strategies and prepare post-implementation reports. Gather information, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented plans.
    - Develop, manage, and regularly update a database of clients, partners, potential projects, and the company's capability profile.
    - Coordinate with the Customer Service team to organize client relationship activities (team building) and effectively maintain client relationships.
    - Organize research and development activities, including market research, synthesizing proposals to the Managing Director on business cooperation plans, and monitoring the implementation of these plans.
    - Take a key role in managing, gathering information, and editing documents, information for introductions, advertising, promotion, and brand building for the company.
    - Manage, research, and implement advertising campaigns, client contacts; participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and other trade promotion activities to disseminate information and promote the company's capabilities, services, reputation, and brand.
    - Lead the implementation of customer relationship management, public relations, and company image building, organizing events and business development activities.
    - Act as a liaison between departments within the company to implement external relations, communications, and press activities.
    - Research/analyze and assess market conditions to propose solutions and orientations for market expansion and service development.
    - Regularly update the list of current and potential competitors, along with their product lines, equipment, pricing, and business policies.
    - Maintain regular contact with clients/partners to foster positive working relationships.
    - Participate in bid preparation and submission related to the company's services, as required.
    - Participate in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, monitoring project/service contracts under implementation, and handling any arising issues.
    - Prepare reports and summaries of project/service implementation upon completion.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    -Bachelor's or higher degrees with a technical background/qualifications/experience and strong marketing and market development skills. Commerce, Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or Economic Law.
    - Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in Marketing and bidding for oil and gas projects (including market development, bid preparation/submission, review and negotiation of key contractual terms with clients and contractors).
    - Proven ability to effectively handle documents in English and Vietnamese (drafting official letters, emails, procedures, etc.).
    - FLUENCY in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, including drafting documents, email correspondence, presentations, and contract negotiations.
    - Proficient in graphic design software, presentation software (PowerPoint, etc.), office and other relevant software
    - Good health
