    <Job summary>
    You will be in charge of the Sales Assistant of the Japanese manager in the manufacturing company.

    <Detail>
    - Maintains promotional database every day. (Use spreadsheet)
    - Make document (Service contract, invoice, delivery notes...)
    - Go to the client site (industrial park in HCM) with the Japanese director about once/week
    - Business trip to Ha Noi, Thailand (Frequency is not sure yet)
    - Use a cost accounting system
    - Communicate with the Japanese buyer
    - Other tasks from the Japanese manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Japanese N2 intermediate above level (Sometime have to talk with Japanese buyer in Japanese)
    - Able to use Excel
    - Able to commute by themselves

    <Better>
    - Have experience working as GA/ secretary/ sales assistant
