- Responsibility as an Admin Staff
【Job description】
- Handle Work Permit, Visa, and Temporary Residence Card procedures for employees and expatriates
- Arrange company transportation, including car/taxi scheduling and coordination
- Manage hotel reservations for guests and golf bookings for business purposes
- Organize and support company events and internal activities
- Oversee office administration and control, including supplies and facilities
- Draft contracts and administrative documents as required
- Perform general affairs tasks, including responsibilities not handled by other departments

Requirement
【Must】
- Graduated from a university in a related field.
- Minimum of 2- 3 years in Admin staff or GA staff (Work Permit, Visa, and Temporary Residence Card procedures for employees)
- Available to start work ASAP or immediately after Tet
- Japanese: From N2 Level and EnglishEnglish Level
