Qualifications

• Requirement

  <MUST>
  - Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  - Relevant technology certifications
  - Proven experience in quality control or testing, with at least 3 years in senior role (experience as a leader is a plus).
  - Having knowledge or experience about embedded devices is a plus.
  - Japanese language proficiency at N3 level (or higher is preferred), and English Intermediate - spoken, listening, and written
  
  <SKILLS>
  - Expertise in testing methodologies and solid understanding of quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density) and how to apply them.
  - Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive measures.
  - Clear and concise communicator, with the ability to present testing progress, defect reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders effectively.
  - Experience working with databases; being able to write SQL queries to verify test data and manipulate data (insert, update, delete) as needed.
  
  <PREFER>
  - Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferrable.
  - Experience in testing with Web Application is desirable
  - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, or similar is preferred
