  • Job Description

    • As the main point of contact, provide solutions to support end users.
    • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Box - a Content Management Platform.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Experience operating or supporting SaaS platforms (e.g., Box, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) at least 3 years
    • Strong technical capability in API integration to connect with external systems beyond Box; proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript or Python; solid understanding of JSON.
    • Japanese proficiency: Minimum JLPT N2 level, with the ability to communicate across listening, speaking, reading, and writing (priority given to listening, reading, and writing if not fully proficient).
    • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
    • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn, particularly in cloud services similar to Box.

    Additional Information:
    • Prior experience with Box is not required; training will be provided after onboarding.
    • This role operates at Layer 2 (Tier 2), collaborating with Layer 1 (Tier 1) via a ticketing system (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).
