Job Description
• Monitor and operate network and IT infrastructure systems 24/7, including Network, Servers, and Load Balancers.
• Monitor alerts, detect, and handle network/system incidents in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Operate and maintain infrastructure services such as Web Servers, FTP Servers, Backup systems, Storage, and Load Balancers.
• Perform basic configuration and operational checks for Load Balancers (e.g. HAProxy, Nginx).
• Monitor systems using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and ManageEngine.
• Collect logs, analyze root causes of incidents, and prepare periodic operational reports.
• Coordinate with System, DevOps, and Security teams during incidents or infrastructure changes.
• Conduct regular checks, configuration backups, and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Support infrastructure changes following documented runbooks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Requirement
[Must have]
• Experience in operating and maintaining large-scale network systems (approximately 1,000 nodes)
• Hands-on experience in hardware replacement, upgrades, and maintenance in production environments.
• Solid understanding of core networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, Proxy, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, and Firepower products; at least 3 years of experience
• CCNA certification is required.
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and implement solutions for network-related technical issues.
Communication & Soft Skills:
• Japanese proficiency: Minimum JLPT N2 level; ability to communicate across listening, speaking, reading, and writing (priority given to listening, reading, and writing if not fully proficient).
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
• Strong willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies, particularly Cisco products and solutions.
Additional Information:
• Work involves responsibilities across both Layer 1 and Layer 2 support.
• Direct interaction with end clients via ServiceNow (email, chat, and phone support) is required.

• CCNP is a strong advantage.
