    【Job Summary】
    - Lead National Sales Strategy
    - Business Development & Sales Acumen
    - Cross-Functional Alignment

    【Main responsibilities】
    1. Communicate predefined sales target to sales team
    - Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve their individual sales target.
    - Assist individual sales staff in their sales activities.
    - To make sure sales executives receive adequate product knowledge, selling skills and sales operation direction.
    2. Monitor and track individual sales team sales activities
    - Monitor sales activities report submitted on a weekly basis.
    - Feedback to individual sales staff on direction taken by them.
    - Monitor and audit the overall progress and performance (KPI) of all the Sales team.
    3. Plan yearly sales activities and strategies
    - Plan sales strategies and activities to drive sales target.
    - Identify the right strategy to drive business activities.
    4. Identify key business opportunities in the Sales industry.
    - Identify budget plan of Sales customers.
    - Identify spending trend and buying trends of sales.
    - To accurately forecast business revenue.
    5. Delivery of sales reports
    - Update record of each Sales Staff’s sales activities reports and progress.
    - Update record of all Sales main clients and sales development activities with Dealers/SI.
    6. Plan and implement the overall Distribution Channel Strategy
    - Monitor the strategy and ensure creation of new direction to generate more targeted revenue by taking into account the following factors:
    a) Overall Product Portfolio
    b) Strategic importance and priorities of certain product categories
    c) Company business model
    d) Competitor’s situation
    e) Available resources (includes staff headcount)
    7. Manage Distribution Channel Stock/ Sell Out/Through at all-time high
    - To work closely with PM Team to ensure the monitoring of the stock is well tracked.
    - To keep abreast of ongoing changes taking place in the Distribution Channel, including Channel throughput evolution, plan and implement a distribution strategy that will accommodate changes for the best interest of the company.
    - To manage, monitor, and keep track of channel stock and sell-through
    - Constantly monitor the financial and operational aspects of the channel, e.g., creditworthiness, inventory level.
    8. Create awareness among system integrators and solution-based companies of the company's products and to find a niche market
    - To work closely with all Sales members in order to disseminate the awareness for all regions in order to boost a better market for the product by ensuring all Sales Personnel visit more dealers/resellers/SI.
    - To plan and implement a reseller accreditation program (2nd/3rd Tier indirect accounts) and create maximum sales push effect.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (e.g. Sales, Marketing)
    - At least 5 years performing a sales supervisory role (managing people) in IT business.
    - Fluent in English
