    【Job Summary】
    We are a trading company of chemical materials.
    Now, we are looking for a Sales Assistant.

    【Job description】
    - Handling of transfers.
    - General clerical duties.
    - Assist with Sales.
    - Interpretation during business trips to Hanoi.
    - Delivery date management.
    - Business support in Japan HQ.
    - The other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - English: Intermediate level.
    - Japanese: N2 Intermediate level.
    ‐They also welcome candidates who can speak Chinese. Applicants who are proficient in any two of the following three languages — Japanese, English, or Chinese — are acceptable
    - Having more than 3 years working in any position, any industry.
    - Can do multitasks.
    ‐At least 2 years in each company.

    <Prefer>
    - Having more than 2 years working on Import/Export tasks.
