  <Job Summary>
  Due to the return of the current local manager to Japan, we are seeking a successor who can eventually take on the role of Sales Manager.

  - Oversee and promote all sales activities related to mica tape, insulating paper products, and FRP processed products.
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
  - Develop new customers and expand sales channels through market research and business development.
  - Prepare quotations and proposals, and conduct price negotiations.
  - Coordinate with technical and manufacturing departments to confirm and adjust product specifications.
  - Manage the performance and operations of the sales office.
  - Handle business trips within Vietnam and to neighboring countries as required.
  - Report to and collaborate with the Japan headquarters and other overseas branches.
